    Columbus Fasteners Corp. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site. We do not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.


    The only time a user is required to register on our site is to place an order, track orders, track invoices and maintain your account. Our site's registration form requires a user to provide only that information which is necessary to fill an order: Billing, Contact and Shipping information. This is a onetime registration. The user's contact information is used to contact the user only when necessary to complete an order or answer a question from the user. We do not share information from user's registrations with any third parties. We do not store credit card numbers on the website or in its databases for your security.


    We do not currently make use of cookies to keep track of your login or password. You must enter this information each time you wish to login to the site. Your web sessions will timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity and will require you to relogin.

    Our website is completely maintained and hosted at Columbus Fastener Corp. to ensure the utmost security. Your privacy and security is our highest concern. We are committed to providing a safe and secure web experience.

  • Return Policy

    No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No returns will be accepted on special order items. To be returned, products must be unaltered and in excellent condition and in original packages whenever possible. If the request for return is due to an error by Columbus Fasteners, we will pay for all return freight and all freight to ship the correct item. No restocking charge will be applied to items returned due to an error by Columbus Fasteners. If the request for return is due to an error by the customer or a change in the customer's requirements, a restocking charge and return freight charges may be applied on all items accepted for return.

  • Damaged/Short Shipment Policy

    Shortages must be reported within five days after receipt of shipment. If the shortage is found to be the fault of the freight carrier, customer must make the claim with carrier (except UPS claims, which we will make). If any goods are damaged in transit, customer must make the claim with freight carrier (except UPS claims, which we will make) for reimbursement.
